PERFECT START – Day 6

Let’s Make Sure We Have Everything Ready Today…

And Let The Colon Detox BEGIN!!

 1.  Make sure you have juice to mix with your Colon Detox Powder.  V8 or Tomato Juice mixes well, if you like these.  Otherwise, try Organic Apple Juice diluted 50/50 with pure water (use a pint mason jar, one scoop Colon Detox powder, 4 oz water and 4 oz organic apple juice.  Shake vigorously until frothy on top, drink it all, then add more water – shake again and drink to get all the residue for the greatest benefit.

2.  If you will be taking Colon Detox capsules, go ahead and get your capsules sorted for each day.  Put the 27 capsules for each day into baggies and label them for each day so you don’t have to think about it later!

3.  3 times a day – take 9 Colon Detox capsules OR 1 scoop of Colon Detox powder mixed as outlined above.

4.  Don’t forget the Activator with your evening meal.  While taking Colon Detox, some people find it helpful to take an additional 2 capsules of Activator at lunch – in addition to the established amount they are taking with their evening meal.  Remember – the Colon Detox products tend to really bind you up if you don’t drink enough water and take enough Activator

5.  Continue your Detoxal-21 (2 caps 3 times/day).  Take these at least one hour before or after the Colon Detox powder or capsules.  Otherwise the Colon Detox product will bind the Detoxal-21 and prevent its absorption.

6.  Drink a lot of Water.

7.  Exercise – walking or other light exercise will help keep your colon moving properly.

8.  Focus on eating Fresh Fruits and Veggies, and Juicing.  As much as possible, avoid enzyme-depleted foods – processed, preserved and over-cooked.

9.  REST!!!  Honor Your Body!  Your body is doing a GREAT job of Deep Cleansing … allow it to do this job without having to work so hard in other areas!
