PERFECT START – Day 17

HELLO, HELLO, HELLO! ARE YOU THERE?

Hope You Had a Wonderful Day Off And You Had a Chance to Indulge!

Now It’s Time to Get Back to Business! So Let’s Regroup and Get That Liver, Gallbladder and Blood Cleaned Out and in Shape!!!

You Only Have 5 More Days! Really Focus on These Last Days of the Cleanse … They Are Vitally Important for GREAT Results!

RAW FRUITS, VEGGIES AND FRESH JUICING ONLY FOR THE NEXT 5 DAYS!!!

Here is your reminder list for today:

Note – the next 4 reminders will be very similar, but please read them because repetition is the key to staying on track!

Pay close attention to the amount of olive oil – it increases over the next 2 days!

1.                  Upon rising, drink at least 8 oz water to clear your system, then drink 1 tablespoon olive oil in 8 oz apple juice (preferably organic).  Drink 1-2 quarts of apple juice throughout the day!

2.                  H2Clear – 6 capsules 3 times daily (hint: drink 1 cup LiverClear Tea after each serving).

3.                  AlliPRO – 2 capsules 3 times daily (hint: take with  H2Clear).

4.                  Continue Activator with your evening meal, and with lunch (if this helps). 

5.                  How much are you drinking?  Water, LiverClear Tea and Apple Juice! DRINK, DRINK, DRINK … YOUR BODY WILL THANK YOU!

6.                  Exercise … light yoga or brisk walks are GREAT!

7.                  LiverClear Tea – drink 3 to 4 cups daily.  Suggestion: mix 4 tablespoons of LiverClear Tea in 40 oz water and let it soak over night.  Simmer this for 20 minutes in the morning, then strain and drink throughout the day.

8.                  Eat right – from now ‘til the end of the cleanse eat only raw fruits, veggies and fresh juicing.  It is very important to minimize or (preferably) eliminate your protein intake during this time.  This gives your liver a break while it is being cleared of toxins and healed.                             

9.   REST!!  You may feel exceptionally tired during this last week.  Just ease your way through it and your body will thank you!
