Salad
Use your favorite
veggies (Red & Yellow Bell Peppers, Asparagus, Artichoke hearts, Onion,
Portabella Mushroom, Olives, Tomatoes, Avacado [don’t sauté these],
Fresh Garlic, etc.)
Cut and sauté
veggies with fresh garlic, little soy sauce, olive oil, touch of red
wine. Combine all veggies with ingredients in large bowl, can be
made in advance with herbs (fresh basil, rosemary, thyme, oregano,
garlic, tarragon, etc) added and put in frig and let them marinate –
they taste good just like that without sautéing – try and see what you
think!
Season while
sautéing with your favorite herbs (rosemary, basil, tarragon
and oregano). Fresh herbs are best but you don’t have to use fresh, you can
use dried.
Put the veggies on
a bed of mixed salad greens. If you desire a salad dressing create your
own with fresh lemon, olive oil and apple cider vinegar with touch of
salt (if desired).
This recipe can be
made with several combinations of veggies throughout the cleanse. |
