Portabella Mushroom & Romaine Lettuce Sandwich
Large portabella
mushroom, sweet onion, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil. Cut mushroom &
onion length wise, crush garlic (2 cloves) then put in gallon zip lock
with soy sauce and olive oil until coated. Let sit for at least 10
minutes then sauté briefly. Wrap in Romaine leaves and eat.
