Bean Salad
1 cup chickpeas
1 cup kidney beans
2 cups butter beans
1 cup black eyed beans
1 cup pinto beans
2 cups diced green beans
Directions: Soak
all beans for 12 hours. Next, boil for approximately 30 minutes and let
simmer for 40 minutes or until beans are tender. Rinse dry and chill in
the refrigerator—add dressing of your choice and serve. |
