Sprouted Green Salad
4 cups mixed
sprouts (mung beans, soybeans, alfalfa)
1 cup mixed herbs of your choice (i.e.: parsley, chives, basil, dill and
coriander)
1 large Gala apple (diced)
10 green onions (sliced)
1 diced and seeded cucumber
4 diced stalks of celery
Directions: Mix
together and add dressing of your choice. |
