Whispering Springs Minestrone Delight
10 green beans
2 tsp. dried margarine
2 drops margarine oil
2 large potatoes
3 average size zucchinis
2 large leeks (use whole)
4 celery stocks
2 large carrots
10 cups vegetable or chicken stock
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 large chopped onion
½ cup sliced mushrooms
4 large tomatoes
Directions: Cook
beans and rice separately and include 1 cup basmati brown rice, 2 cups
navy beans (cooked separate from rice). When navy beans appear to be
tender (but not mushy) and the rice is doneturn off heat and add beans
to the vegetable mix. Add one tablespoon of JuvaSpice and let simmer
for 15 minutes. It will take approximately 45 minutes to cook the
beans. |
